Trait list: Vine wrapped arms (reflecting Slyveon's ribbons), bare branch wings (reflecting Slyveon's ribbons) fluke tail (ideally a custom tail mimicking Primarina's tail would be used here) feathered ears (reflecting Slyveon's fluffy ears) - Other additional edits are a-okay!

Anything else? Ideally this mythic custom would combine both Primarina and Slyveon. I would most enjoy Primarina's tail, eyelashes and hair to be featured as well as Slyveon's ribbons and cutesy paw markings. The above form is more of a reflection of what I'd imagine it could look like, but I'm totally open to CC interpretation too. Thank you so much!
