Boating

Boating huh.. well this was something that Saba had never tried to do before. She frowned she didn't know how to make a boat or where to get a boat. Perhaps if she just made something that floated that would work. She took some pieces of wood and attempted to tie them together using some vines she had found in the forest. Her first attempt resulted in the vines breaking. She kept trying with little luck, till she decided to leave enough food for her animals to eat for a few days and she went to pugfish point to see if she could find a kitsu who already had a boat that could take her out of the water. 

 

It took her a while asking around after all half the kitsu who were here were just visiting like she was. She had never been here before the sand and the sea were really beautiful and she spent some time looking out at the water. She put her hand over her eyes to shield her eyes from the bright sunlight glittering off the water. 

 

She turned and noticed a yellow, pink and blue kitsu sitting on the beach. Sweet Tide smiled looking back at the other kitsu. Sweet Tide lived at Pugfish point she mostly slept on the beach but she did have her own small boat which was made from a hallowed out log. 

 

Saba hurried over and said "Oh could you take me out on the water??" Sweet Tide blinked and said "I guess I could, but we should introduce ourselves first." She said with a laugh. "I'm Sweet Tide." 

 

Saba blushed red though it was hard to tell with her brown fur but it showed pretty well on her cream colored cheeks. "Oh I'm sorry I'm Saba, it's nice to meet you Sweet Tide, this is my first time to Pugfish point." She said rubbing the back of her head in embarrassment. 

 

Sweet Tide smiled and said "Oh don't worry about it, you are gonna most likely get went, ok?" She warned the land kitsu since they didn't have fins or a tail like hers she wasn't sure how good they would be in the water. 

 

Saba blinked she had never been swimming before so dealing with water wasn't something she thought a lot about. Sweet Tide smiled and said "Don't worry about it, I'll make sure you are safe Saba." 

 

Sweet Tide pushed her boat into the waves and she said "Come on Saba hope in and get into the front of the boat." Saba went into the water feeling the cold water soaking into her fur. She then tried to hope into the boat and it was hard to do she wasn't used to the feel of sand under her feet. Finally she was able to climb into the boat. Sweet Tide easily hoped into her boat with practiced ease. She grabbed the paddle that was inside the boat and started showing Saba around showing her the sites. Saba smiled it was so beautiful.
