After spending a few panicked minutes scrounging around for sticks--maybe not the best choice for shelter, but what's a mind gonna do?--Briney looked about as she let out a huge sigh. Body feeling drained from the intense emotions, she fell to the ground on her aft end, sticks in hand, as she looked about. "What is this place?" she wondered to herself breathlessly. Her eyes glanced along the tree line that spread across the land in front of her. Briney closed her eyes, taking a few deep, calming breathes before opening her eyes once more. "I wonder if anyone else is around here? Does time work the same way in a new world? Huh... a new world..." Maybe waking up here wouldn't be such a bad thing.
