Honeycomb, if that was even his name, but it had to be, because he FELT it to be, opened his eyes to darkness. For a moment, he panicked - for it seemed so foreign to not see anything even when he could feel his eyelids sliding up and down. Fortunately, a bright orb in the sky caught his gaze and he had no doubt in his mind that he was staring at the moon. How he knew the word - the concept - or the reality of the pale beauty that was staring down at him, he hadn't the faintest clue. Still, he felt such a kinship with the moon, who was full and perfect at the time that Honeycomb gazed up at her. Pressing his hands to his chest, he sighed. Oh, she was beautiful.
