Calix was beyond excited to have a beach trip, he practically skipped all the way there. After getting all of his stuff situated he bee-lined for the shore until the water was barely covering the top of his paws and started to nudge his toes into the sand and move it around. The plan was to find a handful of shells, something he could make a cute necklace or something with later. When he realized he wasn't having much luck toe-ing the wet sand he decided he would have more luck kneeling in the shallow water and digging around. He dug around, careful that if he dug a deep hole he pushed sand back in to fill it back up so no other Kitsus risked falling in it and hurting themselves. Humming softly he kept digging and filling in holes, even adding small splashes when the waves would lap at the shore around his arms and legs.
