Xander woke up lying in a field, he rubbed his eyes, sat up and looked around.
"What...." he said out lout, wondering to himself, "Where am i?"
He looked around, left, right, around and rubbed his face "Was...i dreaming?", he stood up and looked around where he lay, not seeing anything other than the crushed grass.
His stomach rumbled as a smell of baking bread wafted up from what seemed to be a village not too far away, "I guess i should go down there" he said out loud, so he went.
He still felt like he was forgetting something but the feeling faded to nothing more than a slight niggle as he got closer to the source of the smell.
"What...." he said out lout, wondering to himself, "Where am i?"
