Honestly I'm a bit traditional. Bring a shovel large and small bucket ect. Dig out a moat line to the castle zone. High walls made using the drip and smooth out method. castle with a tower and while the buttresses might have to be made form sticks found at the beach taking the time to have a castle court yard with a small side roof made to the best of your abilities. Small carve in door and window locations. if there are shells or stones you would be surprised how nice a small fountain look you can make in said courtyard. Finish out the moat all the way around the castle. Add any other decorations you bring from home for the photos like Pokémon figurines to have decorate the walls. snap a photo. remove the important figurines from home then the most important part. UNLEASE THE NIECES AND NEPHEWS for mass destruction of the castle and a few shovel pats and the beach is back to how it was when it's time to leave.... well provided we can remember where nephews burried the uncle while castle building was under way.
