Submission (#468) Approved

Puck was walking by the farm shop when he noticed all the pretty fyrehens for sale. They were all inside the shop coop, which was nearly kept and in good repair. He should just keep walking by the coop and let the all the shop fyrehens alone, but that was no fun for the mischievous kitsu that Puck has always been. Instead of walking onward, Puck stopped and dug through his bag. He grabbed several containers of dye out of there first. It took him very little time to change all the colors of the fyrehens for sale with a bit of dye.

Puck put the dues back in his bag again, and he did not notice that he left the coop door open at first. When he looked up, all the fyrehens were running out to explore the world around them. There was a lot of interesting things outside the coop that the birds wanted to see apparently. Puck did not think now was the time to be seen at the coop, though, so he rushed off, hid his bag out of sight and walked back to the shop as of he was just arriving in the area the first time today.

He saw the shopkeeper trying to catch fyrehens and offered his help. She had no idea the colors were switched on some of them, or that Puck had been responsible for them getting out in the first place. Puck was quite helpful in getting all the birds shooed back into the coop. His trick was making a line of food for them to follow. The fyrehens would eat and walk until they were right back where they had started. Once they were all rounded up, Puck gave a bow to the shopkeeper, made sure the coop was securely closed, and headed back to his hidden bag with a smirk. It would take a few days for anyone to realize they were buying fyrehens of a different color than they thought.
