Xander wasn't in a hurry to get to the village or town, or whatever the buildings were.
He slowly made his way out of the field he'd found himself in.
As he passed a small forest, he heard a pretty bird singing and decided to go look there first.
After a while, watching birds and wildlife, he started getting a bit hungry so decided to actually go to the buildings.
As he got there, he looked in shop windows, admiring the sights and the smells.
His stomach grumbled and it was then he realised, he had no money, no roof over his head or anything. "Anyone around want to help someone new here?" he asked.
