Larkspur has spend most of her time prepping the garden for the cold weather. She did all the research she could to find the best and hardiest plants for the weather, as well as finding any that would thrive in the cold. She is very proud of how it has been going and is even pleased to find there have been some sprout and strong signs of life already. She has also been keeping a close eye on her livestock, especially her precious Meloduckies, fearful the water in her pond may freeze and what that might mean for them. She gives all the livestock extra food, hoping to keep their energy up so they stay warm and as comfortable as possible. She has also been sitting out with them more, reading to them from her books when she isn't busy. Turns out she actually really enjoys the cold, and the plants that grow in this weather are actually her favorite!
