Having fixed her hair so she didn’t feel quite so much like a disheveled mess she headed toward the markets. It was the best place to explore first. After all she would find out what the currency for trade was, what goods were in town, the faces of the kitsu around her would tell her what the general state of the town was and of course she could listen for gossip or even just sing and make enough to hopefully get a drink and a bite to eat. She looked around and noticed there were a few shops about. That was a good sign after all a busy market with shops meant things were going well. A ghost town or scurrying kitsu would be worrisome.
