Honeycomb kept a nocturnal schedule. He'd moved into one of the free buildings, but welcomed the prospect of house mates if they didn't mind his irregular sleeping hours. He didn't wake during the day easily, so there was little chance that any others would disturb his rest, but he worried that the sounds of his hooves on the upper floors might disturb any guests or friends who came to his humble abode.

He occupied the topmost floor and chose the room that had a small balcony on the second floor, where he would often go and watch the moon. As he got used to living in Silverlight - a delightfully appropriate title, he'd found, during the evening times - he began to settle into a routine. He would wake and slip downstairs to prepare a meal to start his day. He found it too tricky to name any of his meals things like 'dinner' or 'breakfast' since his idea of a "day's work" was so different from other kitsusagi in Silverlight - at least of the ones he'd met so far. Once he'd eaten and watered himself, he would scurry back upstairs to his balcony and peer closely at the stars. It had been a few nights in when he realized that the stars never quite seemed to stay in one place. Of course, there were so MANY stars he felt it was impossible to track all of them, night after night, but that wouldn't stop him from trying! It helped that some of them clumped together, or others glowed brighter, or sometimes - and this was usually when his eyes were tired and he was getting for bed, he could see SHAPES in the stars!

He knew that he loved the moon and her stars the moment that he opened his eyes to them. Now, he wanted to find other like-minded kitsu, especially if they were as interested in learning more about them as Honeycomb himself was.
