Larkspur had settled into a small home that she shared with her brother Calix. She wasn't a very social kitsu but she didn't think she would enjoy living alone so she was thankful for the company he provided. Still she was very much a bookworm and turned out she had a bit of a preference for being a homebody. While she was home she did most of the chores, she liked to keep busy doing those type of tasks and as a bonus when she was done for the day she could sit on the back porch and enjoy the sunlight while she read a book. Her thoughts had drifted to her current book and she had to give her head a quick shake to remind herself it was time for chores. Right now she was supposed to be sweeping, but it seemed her brain was completely unfocused. With a sigh she put the brook away and grabbed her book. A small break wouldn't hurt, she could read a single chapter and get back to working on cleaning. The sunlight was so nice and warm on her fur the Kitsu didn't even get her chapter finished before she felt herself dozing off for an afternoon nap. It didn't take long till she was fully asleep, her book had slipped from her paws and she had curled up on the chair outside.
