Lucky had always been fond of the idea of having orbs of his own. He liked spending time with the youths - for they saw things so much differently then those who had been summoned right into adulthood. There was a sense of wonder that couldn't be captured by just anyone in the eyes of those who were still seeing things from new eyes. The innovation of youngsters, being able to learn how to control their powers, adjust to their growth spurts and form meaningful relationships was a joy to watch and, with Lucky in particular, a joy to document.

Lucky was always a kitsu who wanted to be in the know. From town gossip to special announcements and events happening within Silverlight, you can bet that in the midst of any active chatting circle, Lucky would be there to interview others and get the best scoop on what was happening that day in town. An information-seeker to the core, that's what Lucky was! Now how was he going to explain that job and skill to the Silverlight Council?

"I'll teach them how to make discoveries, how to develop an excellent memory and how to observe the world with care!" He had eventually declared. "The kit under my care shall come and see the options they can grow into. They will not be forced into the life of a farmer, but if they flock to lallabaa care, then who am I to deny them their heart's passion? As their guardian, it is my duty to teach and teaching is exactly what I intend to do!" He had smiled, wide and welcoming. "Any kit you place in my care will know their worth and know of my love for them. If I can help grow an intelligent mind within the community, I will do anything I can to make it happen." (309)
