BARN
------------
Borea LOTHED being in areas of traffic. By traffic meant more than five Kitsu in an area.
Rubbing his temples as he had a small pep talk before going in to Elizabeth's shop to at first- ask a question but then he was met with questions or rather, requests from the same one that helped him with the coop.
“The Lallabaa are in stock as you can see.”
She waved him down and Borea came closer and hovered over the fence and set himself down a few steps away from her.
“But they came in sooner then I was anticipating and I needed some help. If you are willing to help me watch some for a few days I’ll help build either a pen or a barn so you can help me watch them in the morning or a night. I’ll help build it so you can keep your own fluffy friends in the future.”
"Ah... Ah.." But at this point he felt like he was already roped in with the responsibility. His tail swishing with irritation as he bunked with Elizabeth for a couple of days to learn exactly what he needed to and to help her out. Without even initially wanting to, he did help and he messed up over and over again. He didn't like having to herd these guys and neither did he like feeling responsible for anything and the initial reason he came was to see if she could take back the coop because the black Fyrehen was driving him up the wall. Yet after the days went by, he had forgotten why he came here in the first place. He didn't like Fyrehen but he did grow a liking to one particular Lallabaa. Whom seemed so easy going and followed him around sometimes. It barely made any noise and was just overall more laid back.
After the days came and went and his duty was completed.
He picked up the Lallabaa and held it out in front of Elizabeth...
"I'm taking this one."
Then eyed her.
"AND I would like a barn - to cover it from the rain as it is precious. Look at it. Look in to it's eyes." The fluff around the head was black and it's cool steel colored eyes with it's blank stare.
He rolled his eyes.
"Fine fine." He dug in to his little satchel to bring out more trinkets and odd things he found but in the dead wake of her saying that they take silver instead. His eyes turned to her with distain. "Why- why silver- this stuff? On the floors?" He pulled out several silver pieces. "I guess they have a nice shine to them." Putting it down on the counter. "THERE-" He exclaimed with a dramatic emphasis on how annoying this whole thing was.
"Now. Barn. Please." The 'please' was heavily reluctant for all the stuff he was doing for the past few days to help her out. In his eyes- she should have just given him this precious bean as well but he didn't push for that. Although he let that sit in the back of his head as he carried the Lallabaa in his arms towards his home and leading Elizabeth to where they would start making the barn. The Barn had to have a door so the Lallabaa could see the night sky. That was a must and that feature- he ensured it made it in to the plans and made it happen himself. Working with and for Elizabeth wasn't as bad as he made it out to be. He complained here and there- but he did the work. He just knew that he would have to be better about getting out of Elizabeth'd clutches a lot quicker so he wouldn't be roped in to working again.
