"Relationships, huh? It's not that hard. There's gonna be people in the community that you're going to have to get along with for whatever reason, either you work with them, rely on them, live with 'em, or near 'em. If they're a decent person, and you're a decent person back, you're gonna get on fine. If they're not, eh, just straighten your back and get through it. If you yourself are the one that isn't decent, that's your burden to bear, you can't expect anyone will want anything to do with you, if you don't put in the effort.
