Regalia looks like a diva, and this isn't so far from the truth. While she is kind, compassionate and generous, she is also stubborn, queenly and confident. Some call her "snobby," but only the ones that don't take time to get to know her. "What's wrong with having standards?" She would say while rejecting partly witled flowers from a floral shop. At the same time "You can keep the downpayment, but really you need to warn me if these are out of season."

Believe it or not she is actually very good with numbers and works as an accountant. Yet at the same time all of her free-time is spent on the arts. She will regularly put together dances and pagents. Granted a lot of the time she will have to save up, and use some of her own funds to get the job done. Yet she has a strong belief in adding culture and fun to her nieghborhood. If HOAs existed, she would be gunning to have a spot on the counsel.
